To find out more about what you can do to cut down on the amount of waste you generate, please visit the Reduce and Reuse sections of the Waste Aware Scotland website.

Any unwanted mail that you do receive can be recycled with other types of paper, using your kerbside recycling collection service (where available) or your local paper recycling point.

Please remove any plastic wrapping and dispose of this with your general waste. In some areas you cannot currently recycle envelopes – this should be indicated on the information you received about your kerbside recycling service and the recycling centres and points in your area.
